Many of you know the struggles I have with dieting. The TYSON genes I am told. With high liver enzymes, high blood sugars, my Liver Specialist at UNMC decided I needed Gastric Bypass Surgery. I have gone to the classes and decided I really didn't want to do this & since Health Insurance would not pay anything towards it I decided totally against it.
After watching a friend on FB loose 100lbs on Medifast I contacted them and decided I would try this.
